Professional Development

MDH Educational Foundation is pleased present two professional development
sessions for any teacher who teaches mathematics.  

This professional development session will not only provide teaching tools and techniques for classroom instruction, but this session will also provide classroom activities for student engagement. The target audience is any teacher who teaches any portion of mathematics.

Presenters for both sessions:
Mrs. Andrea Van Leer, Department Chair
Mrs. Van Leer has been a math teacher for more than 15 years. She currently services as the Mathematics Department Chair for Danville High School in Danville, Illinois.

Ms. Rachel Seibert, Math Teacher
Ms. Seibert is a math teacher for Danville High School in Danville, Illinois. She is the advisor for the National Honor Society. Ms. Seibert teaches AP Calculus and Algebra 1for non-freshmen.

Professional development units are provided for both sessions.
